We offer the globally respected Cambridge IGCSE curriculum for students in Grades 9 and 10. Admission is open for students who demonstrate academic readiness and a strong interest in international education.
Important Dates
Application Window Opens: 1 August 2025
Last Date to Apply: 1 January 28, 2026
Entrance Assessments: Every Friday, 9am to 2pm
Interviews & Parent Meetings: Rolling basis
Final Offer Letters: Within 2 weeks of assessment
IGCSE Classes Begin: 1 June 2026

Grade 1 to 5 : 12:45 pm - 5:30 pm
Grade 6 to 8: 7:15 am - 2:00 pm
Grades 9 and 12 : 7:15am - 12:30pm
Kindly Note:- The school academic year will be from June to April.
School working days are Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays when required

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Admission will be subject to availability of seats.

Instructions on payment of fees for those who have been offered admission will be emailed within 3 working days.
If your child's name is on the list, the kindly check your emails for Payment instructions. Sometimes emails go into your Junk mail folder. Kindly check there too.
If you don't find it, kindly visit the School office on the 4th day @3pm to get further instructions.
Fees to be paid by the mentioned deadline date.
Failure to do so will mean withdrawal of the admission offer, and the seat will be offered to the next person in queue.
All fees to be paid online via the our Fee Portal only.
After your admission is secured, you will be issued a Student Ref No., which will be your child's permanent reference number for all transactions until your child leaves school.
Further instructions regarding School opening dates, etc will be sent out via email, and will be displayed on the sheet here.
Kindly note Admission to Primary School is an independent process, parents will have to undergo the admission process again.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE ADMISSION PROCESS
Passport size photograph and Photocopy of Birth Certificate
Proof of residence - for Rustomjee Residents category, only applicable to flat-owners, and not tenants
Proof of sibling - Copy of fee receipt of sibling, if applying in sibling category
Proof of staff for Rustomjee employee – submit a letter from your department head confirming you are an employee of Rustomjee
Leaving Certificate - from the previous institution attended, along with all academic record of previous school
Stationery box - if your child is appearing for diagnostic test for Grade 1 and above
