Positions Available – Campus Development Project

The university is seeking qualified and motivated professionals to join its internal team for the design and development of a new academic building on campus. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-impact project from the inside, working closely with external consultants, internal stakeholders, and project leadership.
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the internal project team in the planning and design process
Coordinating with external architectural and engineering firms
Assisting in design reviews and ensuring adherence to institutional design intent
Preparing presentations and internal reporting materials
Ensuring design compliance with building codes, accessibility, and sustainability standards
Requirements:
B.Arch or M.Arch with 1–3 years of experience
Strong communication and design documentation skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
Responsibilities include:
Liaising with external civil engineering consultants on site development
Supporting utility planning, grading, drainage, and infrastructure integration
Reviewing civil drawings and reports for alignment with campus standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
1–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in institutional projects
Familiarity with civil design software and local codes
Responsibilities include:
Reviewing structural designs submitted by consultants
Supporting internal teams in structural planning and coordination
Ensuring structural integrity aligns with design and budget goals
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
Knowledge of structural systems and material behavior
Experience with design software such as ETABS, STAAD Pro, or SAP2000
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the integration of architectural, MEP, and structural systems
Coordinating with consultants to review building services layouts
Ensuring efficient spatial planning and compliance with technical requirements
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar field)
Interest in multidisciplinary coordination
Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in buildings
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with project scheduling, budgeting, and documentation
Coordinating meetings, site visits, and progress reviews
Liaising between internal stakeholders and external consultants
Supporting procurement and administrative tasks related to the project
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
1–3 years of experience in project coordination or construction management
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and basic project management tools
